Terms & Conditions

By placing a booking with Barrenjoey Transfers you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorise Barrenjoey Transfers to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.

Airport Arrival Waiting Time

Barrenjoey Transfers provides 20 minutes complimentary wait time for Domestic Arrivals and 35 minutes for International Arrivals. Any additional waiting time will be charged in 15 minute blocks at $25 per block.

Flight Arrival Times

Barrenjoey Transfers monitors all flight arrival times to ensure that your transfers is at the terminal when you disembark. Regardless of how long your flight is delayed, normal waiting periods commence from ACTUAL flight arrival time, not scheduled arrival time.

Waiting Time

Barrenjoey Transfers offers a complimentary wait time of fifteen (15) minutes when servicing your booking. Any additional wait time will be charged in fifteen (15) minute blocks at $25.00 per fifteen (15) minutes.

Point to Point Transfers

Barrenjoey Transfers provides 10 minutes complimentary waiting time. Your Transfers will wait a further 10 minutes before considering the booking a “No Show”. You are required to contact us by phone if extra waiting time is required as charges may apply.

No-Show Policy

For all transfers, a full cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a “no show”.

Cancellation Policy

Barrenjoey Transfers requires the following as a minimum notice for cancellations:

General Transfers: 24 hours
Airport Arrivals: 24 hours
As Directed Hourly Hiring: 24 hours
Special Occasions: 48 hours
Weddings: 5 days

All cancellations made within these times will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 4 hours will result in a 80% cancellation fee.
“No shows” will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Barrenjoey Transfers requests a minimum 2 hour period for any amendments made to a booking.

Rates

Please contact us for all rates as these are dependent on the vehicle type and hiring requirement.

Please note that rates include GST, though exclude Tolls and Parking and Airport Levies.

Credit Card payments attract 5% Service Fee on Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Surcharge Pricing will apply for Public Holidays and Special Events will be provided on application.

Transfers gratuity is at your discretion.

Payment Methods

Barrenjoey Transfers accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Direct Bank Transfers. Monthly tax invoice statements and accounts can be setup for frequent travellers. Please note that a minimum monthly spend conditions apply. Please contact us for further information.
